Responsibilities:
- Work Directly with our clients to understand their hiring needs and manage the recruiting process from JD though new hires first day.
- Consistently Engage with both talent communities and individual candidates both directly and indirectly to share great growth opportunities that are available with our clients.
- Qualify candidates for open positions with our clients and educate them on the benefits and value of potentially working with them.
- Work with candidates and clients through the hiring process and ensure great candidate “experience” for our clients
- Continue to build the Headway Brand of being a “trusted advisor” helping clients make great hiring decisions AND candidate in making great career decisions
Requirements:
- 3-10 years of successful progressive full life-cycle recruiting experience with at least 2 years in an agency environment.
- Experience hiring technical talent with an understanding of what they do (development, infrastructure, DevOps, QA, etc)
- Experience working closely with hiring managers within growing companies and establishing best hiring practices.
- Demonstrable abilities working with classic (phone, text, email) cutting-edge candidate sourcing techniques (sourcing tools, networking, research, targeted searches, drip campaigns, marketing, etc).
- Proven ability to connect with, qualify, inform, build rapport and introduce great candidates to our clients.
- Strong attention to detail and experience working within an ATS.
- Technical aptitude and desire to work with tools to be more productive and quality minded.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, self motivated. and demonstrable organization skills and attention to detail.
- EXCELLENT LISTENING & COMMUNICATION SKILLS
This is a Long Term Contract opportunity or Temp to Perm (Part Time or Full Time). We are open to highly motivated Atlanta based individuals as remote teammates that are willing to meet with our team and clients on an as-needed basis. We strongly support moms (and dads) that need a flexible or PT schedule in support of their families that can commit to long-term projects and putting their best efforts into their work. Compensation will be based on experience and abilities. These positions will be a mix of onsite and remote. Candidates must have a strong ability to self manage and prioritize tasks.
